Missouri Urban Revitalization LLC is in business to help revitalize low income communities in Missouri. MURL's principal partners have worked in blighted communities for over 30 years, and have identified many areas in Missouri that with a collaborative effort from MURL, the state of Missourri, the federal government, and local business's, and non profits these under served communities can be mended. MURL has made a strong community impact in downtown St. Louis along Washington Avenue, work that has drawn billions of dollars of investment to the area. MURL has identified the need to increase educational services in these communities and has begun forming partnerships with groups to help improve the educational services provided in these low income communities. MURL realizes that through better education a community can create a new culture, a more positive culture, a more productive culture.
